At NoahVeda, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or return under the terms below.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.noahveda.de.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@noahveda.de with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Once your request is received, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged upon arrival, etc.).

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Stripe).

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos of the product and packaging to contact@noahveda.de.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used Shilajit resin jars
  • Products not purchased directly from our website
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
